Workflow

1. Inspect the existing system and write measurable requirements and constraints.
2. Compare viable options with the current design; include data and API boundaries and important failure cases.
3. Choose an incremental implementation sequence and an observable acceptance check for each step.
4. Record the selected option, tradeoffs and revisit condition in the current work file.

Completion

Return the concrete result, verification evidence and any material unresolved limitation. Keep documentation proportional to the change and preserve human feedback.
