Iteration I1 outcome report¶
Fictional closeout draft for an example iteration. No delivery or testing has occurred.
Intended outcome¶
Prevent duplicate document handling caused by retries of one upload attempt.
Result and evidence¶
Issue 42 defines acceptance. PR 57 is the proposed implementation link. Fill the verified result, review, merge and deployment state from actual evidence at closeout. Until then, implementation acceptance and production benefit remain outstanding.
Open work and decisions¶
- Operations must confirm the supported retry and key-retention window.
- The Technical Owner must review ADR-0001.
- ADR-0002 must establish concurrency and recovery semantics.
- Retry and concurrency checks must establish the acceptance criteria.
- Upload process knowledge needs validation against the accepted implementation.
Next increment¶
After verified delivery, observe repeated attempts and duplicate processing using customer operational data. Set a baseline before claiming improvement; Product Owner chooses follow-up priority.
Publish one reviewed summary. Include only changed outcomes, material open work and next decisions. Link existing ADRs and create drafts only for significant decisions that are still missing. Decision acceptance remains separate from code merge, deployment and observed business benefit. Use the Project status update for a short outcome and a link to this report, rather than a second copy.
