Fictional role mapping. Replace CUSTOMER_* with verified contacts before mentions or review requests.

The designated contact channel is the originating GitHub issue. Match the role to the question, bundle related questions and avoid notifying the entire team. The worker performs authorized delivery work and supplies evidence; its own summary is not a substitute for a required customer decision or acceptance.
The Technical Owner maintains this mapping when responsibilities change.
