Quick start in WSL¶
Requirements: Python 3.11+ and your installed OpenCode 1. The companion uses only Python's standard library; documentation development additionally uses uv and MkDocs.

Jörg is the default agent. Use /work-plan to plan and /work-build to implement,
or ask Jörg to coordinate the whole outcome. Specialists and skills load as needed.
For comments and approval before Build, use the local Plannotator setup.
Add --plannotator when exporting; optional per-phase model and variant flags let Plan
and Build use different models or supported thinking levels. Review and approve the
current plan revision before starting /work-build for a gated assignment.
Choose the assignment's planning home¶
For customer delivery on GitHub, adopt the workspace starter, open a bounded issue and ask:
Jörg, work on this assigned issue using the customer's working agreement. Keep the live plan and questions in its AI section, verify acceptance and prepare a linked PR. Draft significant decisions when they arise and update affected knowledge.
Provide the real issue URL. GitHub updates require authorized tools in your host. The issue owns this plan; a duplicate local record is unnecessary.
For a small fix, ask Jörg to inspect, implement and run the relevant check directly. For larger local work without a board assignment, use a local Markdown record.
Optional local dashboard¶
In another WSL terminal, start the dashboard for the same project:
Open http://127.0.0.1:4097. Create a work record, edit the plan in your editor, append comments and update task evidence in the dashboard. The AI host must follow its instructions to update that same file; there is no background session watcher.
